Welcome to Traffic Torch (traffictorch.net), an instant 360° AI-powered SEO and UX health score analysis tool with educational reports, deep-dive modules, competitive gap analysis, AI-generated fixes, and predictive insights (where applicable). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, tools, reports, and Pro subscription service ("Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Traffic Torch (operated independently). We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify material changes via the site or email (if you have a Pro account).
2. Description of Service
Traffic Torch provides client-side SEO and UX analysis tools. All core processing (fetching via secure CORS proxy, scoring, AI insights) happens in your browser. We do not store or log analyzed URLs, content, or reports on our servers. Free tier has daily limits; Pro unlocks 25 daily runs, full modules (SEO + UX, Local SEO, SEO Intent, Product SEO, Quit Risk, Keywords, Keyword Competition, AI Search Optimiser, AI Content Detector), competitive gaps, AI fixes/code suggestions, predictive forecasting, educational breakdowns, and priority updates.
3. Accounts and Subscriptions
- Free Tier: Limited daily audits, basic features. No payment required.
- Pro Tier: $48/year (annual billing via Stripe). Access granted upon successful payment. Auto-renews annually unless canceled via Stripe portal. You can manage/cancel anytime in your Stripe account, no lock-in.
- Payments processed securely by Stripe (PCI DSS compliant). We do not store payment details.
- Subscriptions are non-refundable except as per our 14-day refund policy (full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase and no abuse detected).
- After 25 daily Pro runs, access pauses until next reset (midnight UTC). No carry-over.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the site.
- Misrepresent reports or use them in fraudulent ways.
- Share Pro login credentials.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, code, AI models, designs, and reports ("Our IP") remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use reports for personal/commercial optimization during your subscription. Do not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of generated insights.
6. Privacy and Data
We are privacy-first: No personal data collection beyond optional login for Pro (email + Stripe customer ID). Analyses are 100% client-side. We use Google Analytics (anonymized, no cross-site tracking) to understand site usage and improve the tool. You can opt out via browser settings or our cookie banner. 7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. SEO/UX insights are informational only. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic increases, or business results. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months (or $100 if free user). This applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access anytime for violations or at our discretion. Pro subscriptions end on cancellation or non-renewal; access reverts to free limits.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes resolved in Sydney courts.
