Welcome to Traffic Torch (traffictorch.net). We provide a unified Pro Dashboard with real‑time Google Analytics 4 and Search Console data, the OFUX (Online Findability & User Experience) three‑in‑one audit (UX Health, SEO Intent, AI Search), and 15+ standalone SEO, GEO, AEO, and UX analysis tools. All core processing runs client‑side – we do not store or log your analyzed URLs, content, or reports. These Terms ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, tools, dashboards, reports, and paid subscription services ("Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Traffic Torch (operated independently). We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify material changes via the site or email (if you have a Pro or Enterprise account).

2. Description of Service

Traffic Torch offers the following core features:

• Pro Dashboard – Connects your Google Analytics 4 and Search Console properties. Displays real‑time metrics (sessions, users, clicks, impressions) with custom date ranges (7, 14, 30 days, and custom for Enterprise). Includes top content, traffic sources, device/country breakdowns, and CSV exports. Enterprise users get real‑time active users and event tracking.
• OFUX (Online Findability & User Experience) – A free, three‑in‑one audit on the homepage. Runs UX Health, SEO Intent, and AI Search (AEO) simultaneously, delivering 0–100 scores, module breakdowns, and AI‑generated CMS fixes (Beta). All client‑side, no data stored.
• Standalone Tools – 15+ tools covering topical authority, entity extraction, keyword research, local SEO, product SEO, AI content audit, quit risk, schema generation, and more. Each provides instant scores, deep‑dive diagnostics, prioritized fixes, and educational explanations.

All free users get a limited number of daily audits (3 runs) and 7‑day data in the Pro Dashboard. Pro and Enterprise plans unlock higher limits and advanced features.

3. Accounts, Subscriptions, and Tiers

• Free Tier: No payment required. Includes 3 daily audit runs, all 15+ tools (limited to 7‑day data in dashboard), and basic analytics views. No CSV exports or real‑time.
• Pro Tier: $6/month (6‑month commit), $48/year, or $198 lifetime (one‑time). Includes 25 daily runs, 30‑day GA4 data, 28‑day GSC data, CSV exports, priority support, and all tools.
• Enterprise Tier: $68/month or $680/year. Includes 300 daily runs, 365‑day data, real‑time active users/events, custom date ranges, dedicated support, and all features.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe (PCI DSS compliant). We do not store payment details. Subscriptions auto‑renew unless canceled via the Stripe portal. You may cancel anytime – no lock‑in. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase (no abuse detected). Daily run limits reset at midnight UTC.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to reverse‑engineer, scrape, or overload the site.
• Misrepresent reports or use them in fraudulent ways.
• Share Pro or Enterprise login credentials.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, AI models, designs, and reports ("Our IP") remain our property. You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use reports for personal/commercial optimization during your subscription. Do not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of generated insights.

6. Privacy and Data

We are privacy‑first: No personal data collection beyond optional login for Pro/Enterprise (email + Stripe customer ID). Analyses are 100% client‑side. We use Google Analytics (anonymized, no cross‑site tracking) to understand site usage and improve the tool. You can opt out via browser settings or our cookie banner. 7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. SEO/UX/analytics insights are informational only. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic increases, or business results. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months (or $100 if free user). This applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access anytime for violations or at our discretion. Subscriptions end on cancellation or non‑renewal; access reverts to free limits.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes resolved in Sydney courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with updated date. For Pro/Enterprise users, we may email notice.
